*Go deeply into connection with your guides and intuition while doing Reiki

What is Reiki?
Reiki is one of the more widely known forms of energy healing. Energy Healing involves direct application of Chi for the purpose of strengthening the client’s energy system. Chi (or qi) is the term used by the Chinese for our basic life force energy, and ki is the Japanese spelling of the word. The word “Reiki” is translated as “Universal Life Force Energy.”
Reiki is very easily learned, very simple to use, and beneficial for all. A Reiki session is very simply performed. Once someone has been attuned to the Reiki energy, the person places his or her hands on or slightly above the person to be healed with the intent for healing to occur, and the energy begins flowing. All this happens without direct conscious intervention by the practitioner. The practitioner’s “job” is to get out of the way, to keep the healing space open, and to watch/listen for signs of what to do next.
What is Shamanic Reiki II?
Shamanic Reiki II not only further connects you with the Universal Life Force Energy of Reiki but with the elemental energies of shamanism. So in addition to being further opened to the Reiki energy and learning how to give long-distance Reiki sessions at level two, you will be attuned to the shamanic energies and learn practical ways of incorporating shamanic work into your Reiki routine. This will include receiving a Shamanic Reiki guide, journeying to power stones to find their healing ability and other ways of working with water, fire, earth and air while doing Reiki work. Requirements for Shamanic Reiki II include Reiki I and some experience with journeying (any questions, contact Mary at 214.929.7902 to discuss this).
