Join in with the tradition of indigenous healers throughout the world by making your own musical instrument -- a frame drum. Frame drums are used to call in the Spirit guides, for healing and as friend. To join in this ancient rite, contact Mary, Shamanic Reiki Master, by April 28 for your reservation and with your payments. We will bring our drums Spirits into the world 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10. You'll have an option of dying your drum, and then if you want, you can paint the drum once it has dried (at home). You'll also be making your own beater. You will leave the workshop with a drum in hand. We will also do journeying to help you connect into your drum's Spirit. And, for those interested, we will come together at a later date when the drums are dry for a drumming circle (love offering for this second session).
Reservations with full payment must be made by April 28 to ensure drum materials arrive in time.
