Shamanic Individual Sessions:
Resetting your Spiritual Template
Shamanic individual sessions will help reset your spiritual template, affecting the rest of your physical, mental and emotional being. From a shamanic perspective, we all have a soul or spiritual template that sets the tone for our lives. We come into this world with specific work to do. So we will keep getting opportunities to do that work. Usually we do this work unconsciously. With shamanic individual sessions, you can begin to work on your life in an awakened state. You can begin to remember who you are at your essence.
Typically when you come for a session, we will talk about what you want to work on. Then I will ask you to lay down on a massage table (clothes on). You relax through the session or I can teach you how to journey into the other worlds so we can work together on your intentions. Typically, the work will include hands-on energy work (unless you choose not to be touched then my hands will hover over your body), sound vibration healing, and healing through stones, tree limbs and other helpers. No two sessions are the same. That's because I am connecting into my Spirit guides who are directing me to do work that is tailored to your needs.
Spirit guides are energy vibrations that come to help us connect into the worlds beyond this physical one so that we can better live on the Earth in harmony with all.
My goal is to help you connect with your wisdom, your true essence to move through life in a more harmonious way.
Shamanic work that can be done:
Extraction: Often we have energy blocks and through extraction they can be removed.
Knives in the Back: Often we collect many knives and darts as we walk through life. People intentionallly and unintentionally throw this energetic knives and darts at us, when they think and say negative things about us. Removing these is essential energetically.
Energy Retrieval: Every day we can lose our energy to lovers, bosses, co-workers and other energy vampires. Here, we move out and retrieve that energy, leaving you with a more whole feeling.
Soul Fragment Retrieval: Sometimes we loose even more energy - usually when we have a traumatic event (good or bad). Part of us just can't deal with the traumatic event and so it leaves as a way of self-protection. In a soul retrieval, we retrieve those parts of us that have fragmented off. Typically, people will feel that ever since that one incident, I haven't been the same, indicating soul loss.
Shields: Often we have many layers of shields that protect us but also keep us from letting go of old stuff we no longer need. We can remove old heavy shields no longer needed and replace them with lighter shields that allow you to move more easily while still protecting yourself.
System Reboot: When you're feeling scattered, we can work on a system reboot, just like rebooting a computer. Here we retrieve the essence of you at all ages and all lifetimes, moving these energies back into your being.
